Postnatal & Night Doula Support

A lustrated drawing of a person delicately and gently holding their newborn baby close to their chest.

As a postnatal doula, my goal is to provide you with the information and support you need to feel confident and empowered and make the most of these precious moments. Focussing on supporting parents, this leaves you to enjoy your new baby.

I have extensive experience dealing with reflux and allergies, so if your baby is exhibiting symptoms of either, I can guide you through the next steps and help you find the appropriate resources.

EMPOWER

I have a wealth of knowledge, tips, and secrets that I share with you. Rather than dictating, my approach is to empower you with the tools you need to grow as parents.

Night Doula or Night Nanny

In addition to my other services, I also offer night doula assistance to families who require a respite and a full night's rest.

Beyond Newborn Doula

I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with my families beyond the newborn stage. I provide support with routines, weaning, and sleep to ensure the best possible outcome for you and your little ones.

Tailored Assistance Available Anytime

You can access my postnatal support at any point after your baby's birth, with a minimum of 3 hours of service per day. Whether you require assistance for a few weeks or several months, our visits can be as frequent as you need them to be. The duration of my services is entirely dependent on your individual needs.
