Being a mother of three, I can relate to how sleep deprivation can impact the whole family.

Sleep is often taken for granted until the arrival of a baby. Crucially, babies need sleep to grow and develop and it is so important for you all to get that rest.

As newborns, their sleep needs change weekly and as they grow, it can be challenging to adjust to their ever-changing sleep patterns.

Understanding the science behind sleep is key, such as which hormones contribute to sleep and how to regulate them. For instance, increasing melatonin levels can improve sleep quality while lowering cortisol levels can reduce night waking and early starts. It's also crucial to help realign their circadian rhythm and sleep pressure to encourage restfulness.

I work with you to work out what will aide their sleep patterns.

Could it be outside factors that are stopping your baby's sleep?

Are they having too much or too little sleep in the day?

Could it be a regression?

There are so many possibilities when it comes to sleep or the lack of it and I am here to help guide you gently to find a solution.
